திருப்பார்த்தன்பள்ளி தாமரையாள் கேள்வன் கோயில், 36-வது திவ்ய தேசமாக போற்றப்படுகிறது. இத்தலத்தின் தனிச்சிறப்பு, யாககுண்டத்தில் இருந்து இரு தேவியருடன் ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணன் (ராமபிரான்) எழுந்தருளும் அருட்காட்சி ஆகும்.

தல வரலாறு
வனவாசத்தின்போது அர்ஜுனனுக்கு தாகம் ஏற்பட, அகத்திய முனிவர் முன் நீர் கேட்டு, கிருஷ்ணரை அழைத்தார். கிருஷ்ணர் உடனே தோன்றி, கத்தியைக் கொடுத்து தரையை கீறினால் நீர் வரும் என அருளினார். கங்கை தோன்றி அர்ஜுனன் தாகம் தீர்த்தார். இதனால் பெருமாள் இங்குள்ள பார்த்தசாரதி என அழைக்கப்படுகிறார். அதனால் இந்த இடம் பார்த்தன்பள்ளி என அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.
மற்றொரு சரித்திரத்தில், தசரதர் குழந்தை பெற புத்திரகாமேஷ்டி யாகம் செய்தார். அப்போது ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணன், ராமபிரானாக அவதரிக்கவுள்ளேன் என யாககுண்டத்தில் இருந்து ஸ்ரீதேவி, பூமாதேவியுடன் தோன்றி அருள் புரிந்தார். இந்தக் காட்சி இத்தலத்தில் சிலையாக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
கோயில் அமைப்பு மற்றும் விழாக்கள்
3 நிலை கொண்ட ராஜகோபுரம், மேற்கே நோக்கி அருளும் மூலவர், கையில் கத்தியுடன் பார்த்தசாரதி பெருமாள், அருகில் சங்கு, சக்கரம், வில், அம்பு கொண்ட கோலவல்லி ராமர் உள்ளனர். அர்ஜுனன், இந்திரன், 11 ருதிரர்கள் இங்குக் கூடியுள்ளனர்.
வைகுண்ட ஏகாதசி, ஸ்ரீராம நவமி, தை அமாவாசை கருட சேவை, ஆடி அமாவாசை தீர்த்தவாரி தினங்களில் சிறப்பு திருமஞ்சனமும் ஆராதனைகளும் நடைபெறுகிறது. இங்கு குழந்தை வரம் வேண்டுபவர்கள் நேர்த்திக்கடன் செலுத்தி வழிபடுகிறார்கள்.
Thirupparthanpalli Temple, home to Thamaraiyal Kelvan, is revered as the 36th Divya Desam. The temple’s unique feature is Lord Vishnu’s appearance as Lord Rama emerging from a Yagna Kundam with Sri Devi and Bhoo Devi, as witnessed by King Dasaratha.

Temple History
During their exile, the Pandavas suffered hardships. When Arjuna felt thirsty, he found Agathya Maharishi in deep meditation. Unable to wait, Arjuna disturbed the sage and requested water. The sage advised him to pray to Lord Krishna. On calling Krishna, the Lord appeared instantly, gave Arjuna a divine dagger, and told him to dig. Ganga sprang forth, quenching his thirst. Pleased by devotion, Krishna stayed here as Parthasarathy. Hence, this place is known as Parthanpalli.
Another legend says King Dasaratha performed Putra Kameshti Yaga, and Lord Narayana appeared from the Yagna Kundam with His consorts to affirm His birth as Lord Rama. This divine form is enshrined here.
Architecture & Festivals
The temple has a 3-tiered Rajagopuram. Under the Narayana Vimanam, the main deity faces west. Parthasarathy Utsavar holds a dagger, while nearby, Kolavalli Rama carries Shanku, Chakra, sword, bow, and arrows. Arjuna, Indra, and 11 Rudras worshipped here.
Festivals include Vaikunta Ekadasi, Sri Rama Navami, Thai Amavasya Garuda Sevai, and Aadi Amavasya Theerthavari. The temple is renowned for granting childbirth blessings.
